We're excited to share some updates about The GO BO Party for 2026 and 2027!

There won’t be a GO BO Party this September but make sure to keep those costumes nearby! We’re excited to make a pivot with some new and exciting events designed to lean into our evolving community.

We know that the first (or second) Friday after Labor Day has been an annual night to look forward to, and while we'll miss the sometimes damp, sometimes hot, but always memorable September nights, we're looking forward to taking this time to reset and coming back bigger in 2027.

And to be clear, we're not going anywhere! We're just changing the season (and the time of day).

Before we go further, we wanted to thank you for being a part of the GO BO GO community! Whether you were here at the beginning or heard about us for the first time last year, please know that your support, in every definition of that word, has directly helped children and families in their greatest time of need. Over 20 years, 20 parties, close to $1 million raised, and countless lives changed.

The need, however, does not stop. We'd love your continued support this fall to help us bridge the gap for our recipients at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital's Division of Pediatric, Adolescent, and Young Adult Hematology and Oncology. As always, your support goes directly to children and families undergoing treatment at the hospital. We hope you'll consider donating.

So what's next? You'll likely receive a few emails from us over the next month celebrating the memories we created during the first 20 GO BO GO parties and asking for your support. Look out for more information about the 2027 party in the new year.
